Privacy notice

This is a private investor portal operated by AI Infrastructure Capital AG (the data controller).

We record which documents, updates, and dashboards each investor views and downloads, and when each investor logs in, so we can follow up usefully. We do not track you elsewhere. We do not build mouse heatmaps, second-by-second dwell, device fingerprints, or "online now" presence.

Supabase and Vercel act as data processors. This is legitimate-interest processing of a small, named, contractual audience under GDPR / the Swiss DPA. Activity data is retained for 24 months, then deleted.
